28/11 - What a week, I didnβt update this everyday so you only get this single update. As we can all see, the exercise thing isnβt going well, I need to find a way to make this work with all my injuries. I mean, the table paints a grimmer picture than the reality, I did complete the move and exercise goals in some of the days, but the standing ring fell short. Iβm still going to try to do better.
In other news, the book and fruit things are going well, and nearing the 30 day mark, which means Iβm probably going to add new habits to the rotation.
